These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements regarding the sale of physical photo prints by the photographer to the customer via the webshop. By placing an order and checking the required agreement box during checkout, the customer explicitly agrees to these terms and conditions.

2.1. Since every print is custom-made to order exclusively for the customer, production takes 3 to 5 business days. The final delivery time depends on the customer’s location. The photographer cannot be held liable for any shipping delays caused by the external carrier.

2.2. The photographer is not responsible for minor color variations. Colors on a screen (RGB) can always differ slightly from the actual printed colors on photo paper (CMYK), as every screen is calibrated differently and emits light. Minor color variations do not entitle the customer to a claim, return, or compensation.

2.3. All prints are delivered unframed and are always printed edge-to-edge (borderless), without a white border.

2.4. Prints from the ‘Signature collection’ are hand-signed on the back and include a corresponding Certificate of Authenticity. This does not apply to the ‘Essential collection’

3.1. You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your print, without giving any reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the print. The print must be carefully packaged, preferably in its original packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked and insured shipping. The purchase price and original standard delivery costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable law. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3.2. In case of shipping damage, the customer must report this in writing via email within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos of both the damaged tube and the damaged print. Upon assessment, the photographer will work with the customer to find a suitable solution.

3.3. If a shipment has not been delivered according to the tracking details, or if the tracking status of an (international) shipment has stalled for a longer period, the customer must report this via email so the photographer can open an investigation with the carrier.

4.1. All prices listed on the website include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping rates are calculated separately during the checkout process. For countries not included in the standard shipping list, a custom quote can be requested via the contact form.

4.2. Orders will only be placed into production after full payment has been received via the offered digital payment methods, which are securely processed through our payment partner Mollie.

4.3. The photographer reserves the right to adjust prices on the website at any time. For orders already placed and paid for, the price on the date of purchase always applies.

5.1. All displayed and delivered photos remain the exclusive intellectual property of the photographer at all times. The purchase of a physical photo print does not imply any transfer of copyright or digital rights.

5.2. The customer is strictly prohibited from scanning, duplicating, digitally reproducing, sharing online (as a digital file), or copying the physical prints in any other way.

5.3. The prints are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use (such as home decoration). Commercial use, exploitation, or resale of the prints is strictly prohibited.

5.4. When publishing photos of the print online (e.g., a photo of the framed print on the wall on social media), applying filters or edits to the image is not permitted. Attributing credit to the photographer is highly appreciated.

The photographer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for damage to the customer’s property (such as frames or walls) caused by improper unboxing, handling, framing, or hanging of the delivered photo prints.

Personal data of the customer (name, address, email) will only be used for the correct handling and shipping of the order through the transport service and will never be shared with third parties without consent.
