Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your fine art print, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the print.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within this period. You can do so through our online withdrawal form or by emailing info@jefferycassiers.com You may also download and use the statutory model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
Returns
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 calendar days to return the print to:

The print must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.
The direct costs of return shipping are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
You are only liable for any reduction in the print’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notification, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the print or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
